The Willard Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in June 1976. The Chamber is a 501c6, not-for-profit organization.
The Willard Area Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven organization. Our mission is to serve our membership and community through proactive leadership, resources, and services that build a positive business climate.
The Willard Chamber hosts numerous events throughout the year and supports the efforts of other Willard organizations.
The Willard Chamber Annual Banquet provides an opportunity for members and guests to relax, network, enjoy a nice dinner, and celebrate the successes experienced the prior year. Community members look forward to this event.
The Willard Chamber sponsors the annual Arbor Day Contest. The Willard Tree Commission selects the winners. Chamber trustees present winners with their prizes at a City Council meeting and features the entries in the Chamber newsletter.
The Willard Chamber is proud to sponsor scholarships for Willard graduating seniors. For the past several years, the Chamber has awarded $1,500 scholarships.
For 37 years, the Willard Chamber has hosted a golf outing with proceeds going to the Willard Scholarship Program.
The Willard Chamber supports the Willard Christmas parade by sponsoring dash plaques for the first 150 entries.
The Willard Chamber appreciates the opportunity to support new business ventures by hosting ribbon cutting ceremonies. In 2025, the Chamber hosted seven ribbon cutting events.
Business After Hour Events provide our membership the opportunity to showcase their business. B-A-H can be to celebrate renovations, new programming, or just to celebrate your business. In 2025, Starting Point hosted a Business After Hours which was sponsored by Sutton Bank.
